Indigestion - Home Remedy

Indigestion is caused mainly due to eating wrong food or obesity. Mental tribulations also can cause indigestion.
Take a glass of lemon juice prepared in warm water three to five times a day.
Take a lot of fruits continuously for a week. Don?t take any fish, meat, egg and artificial drinks like cola, during this time.
Walk briskly for half an hour or longer in the evening.
Heat 1tea spoon of cumin with water to make a concoction. Siphon off the sediment and drink the liquid with honey or sugar.

Boil 1 cup of water and remove from heat before adding 1 tsp. of cumin seeds, 1 tsp. of fresh coriander and a pinch of salt. Allow the tea to steep for sometime before drinking. Take this natural medicine after meals for easy digestion.
